NRCIL Hosts Consumer Holiday Luncheon
Nearly 100 consumers and staff attended our annual holiday luncheon. The annual "decorate-your-door" contest was won by Sue Morrow with her visually impaired gingerbread man. We wish each of you a very Happy New Year and look forward to a healthy, peaceful, and prosperous 2010.
